Our Product team has been busy adding a lot of great features to our product suite for the start of 2023. The goals for quarter 1 included adding new payment methods, additional reporting capabilities, and better settlement functionalities.
Below is a list of some of the main new features.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
-Release 2022 Wave 2 Support · Support for the new 2022 Release Wave 2 of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
-Payment Method Mapping · Payments can now be separated into Cash Receipt Journal batches by the payment method used in the transaction.
-Matching Settlement Date · The posting date of the Cash Receipt Journal record for processed payments now matches the day of when the transaction is settled.
-View Document Details · A new option is available to open the document associated with a transaction directly from the PayFabric Transactions list page.
Acumatica
-Customer Wallet Management · Add a customer’s credit card and ACH/eCheck account information from within Acumatica using the secure PayFabric hosted entry form.
-Secure Payment Processing · Authorize and capture credit card and ACH/eCheck transactions directly through Acumatica with PayFabric.
-Level 2/3 Payment Processing · Save money on transaction processing by using PayFabric to send level 2 & 3 transaction details from Acumatica to help qualify transactions for lower processing rates.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service (CRM)
-Release 2022 Wave 2 Support · Support for the new 2022 Release Wave 2 of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service (CRM).
-Quote with PayLink Support · Add ability to send out payment links for collection with Quote for Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service (CRM).
-Field Service Work Order Support · Process transactions for Work Orders via Dynamics 365 Field Service business application.
-Field Service Mobile · Process transactions for Work Orders via Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile.
-Transaction Integration Support · Support transaction integration with Business Central for both Sales Order and Invoice documents.
Microsoft Dynamics GP
-Release 18.5 Support · Support for the newest version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
PayFabric
-Settlement and Reconciliation Report · Provides merchants and integration partners the ability to query settled transaction data and details via PayFabric API and directly from the PayFabric merchant portal. These reports will help merchants with transaction reconciliation needs.
-Gift Card Support · Card verification support is available via EVO’s connector to ensure the card being used is valid and to help reduce the risk of fraud.
-Alternative Payment Method with Apple Pay & Google Pay · Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are now available as additional payment methods.
-Support New PAX Devices · PAX A60, A80, A80S, A77 and A920 have been added as supported EMV devices for PayFabric.
-Additional Transaction Types · Support for partial reversal and incremental authorization transaction processing has been added.
-Subscription Invoicing · Invoices can now be automatically created on a scheduled basis.
