PayFabric
Description: A cloud-based payment processing platform and storage hub that can be integrated with any application, system and back office environment.
New Features Summary
- Surcharge Support – Provide merchants the ability to add surcharge against card-not-present (CNP) credit card transactions. Contact our PayFabric Support for assistance in registration with the card brands for the surcharge program.
- Sale and Credit Ceiling – Enable specific sale and refund maximum transaction limits to both credit card and eCheck payment methods.

PayFabric for Business Central
Description: Process integrated electronic payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
New Features Summary
- PayLink – Business Central users can now email or text a secure payment link from Business Central Sales Orders and Invoices to collect payments directly from customers.
- WalletLink – Business Central users can also send customers a secure link to collect sensitive credit card or ACH account information to be used for future transactions.
- Capture Amount Options – When collecting payment against an authorization transaction, options are now available to adjust the amount of the capture transaction.

PayFabric Receivables
Description: Receivables management and customer payment portal
- Customer Portal User Management – A new page is available to make it easier to invite users, reset passwords and manage permissions for users of the customer portal.
- User Permissions – Controls are now available to configure user access to PayFabric Receivables functionalities such as paying invoices or entering credit card information.
- User Experience Enhancements – The experience of accessing customer accounts and making payments on behalf of customers has been improved to promote seamless transition between actions for internal users.

CRM Charge
Description: Process electronic payments directly inside of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Engagement.
New Features Summary
- PayLink – Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Engagement users can now email or text a secure payment link to collect payments directly from customers.
- WalletLink – Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Engagement users can send a secure link to collect sensitive credit card or ACH account information from customers to be used against future transactions.
- Credential-on-File Mandate – Supports Visa’s credential-on-file (COF) mandate with EVO connector on PayFabric to identify initial card storage and subsequent use of card information.
